Jurisdiction Boundary of Valiyathura Police

Valiyathura Police Station was opened on 07.03.1986 vide Notification Number GO (RT) 797/86/ Home. The station shifted to the newly constructed building No.TC 34/739(1)of Thiruvananthapuram Corporation Survey No.1920 of pettah Village on 24.03.2011 FN (10.00AM) vide GO (Rt.) No. 985/2011 / Home Dated:18/03/2011. The newly constructed building was inaugurated by Dy. Commissioner of Police(C rimes & Admin.) Sri. Thomas Jolly Cherian IPS on 24.03.2011

Boundary & Jurisdiction details

AS per GO (Rt.) 797/86 /Home dtd. 07.03.1986 the jurisdiction is as follows-

On the western side Arabian Sea, on the Northern side boundary is the Veli Bridge and the Veli Lake.On the Eastern side is the road from Chackai to Kochu Veli via ITI, All saints, TTP Junction and on Southern side is the main road from Vallakkadavu bridge from Beemapally via Cheelanthimukku, Sewage farm turning Sewage farm road leading to Beemapally junction and the Sea Shore. The portion of Parvathi Puthanaar including the canal and roads mentioned also include with in the jurisdiction of the Police Station.
